Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe


  • One packet of Chocolate Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 Kg Chocolate Cake
  • 2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Oreo Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Butter


Step 1: Crumbling the Chocolate cakes and cookies

Prepare a cake mold lined with parchment paper on all sides. Roughly crumble all Oreo cookies in a bowl and divide them into three parts. Crumble cake in another bowl and mix them with 1/3 of crumbled cookies.

Step 2: Stir the Mixture

Stir gently the mixture of Cake and cookies with 2/3 of vanilla ice cream from 2 cups until they become well-combined and soft. Pour this mixture into the cake mold as a bottom layer.

Step 3: Mixing with Chocolate sauce

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining vanilla ice cream with the another 1/3 of cookies and stir them with ½ of Chocolate sauce. Pour them on the cake mold as a second layer.

Step 4: Setting of the Cake

Now, press the remaining cookies into the top of the cake and drizzle the remaining sauce over it. Press them carefully at last so it does not run over the side of the cake mold.

Step 5: Freezing

Finally, lightly cover the cake mold and freeze for at least 4 hours. Ideally, ready to serve to serve after 4 hours or next morning.
